90-day-renewal-donna-partow

90-Day Renewal ProgramSeveral years ago when I was homeschooling our daughter Leah, I read a book by Donna Partow called Becoming a Vessel God Can Use. I loved it and read it over and over. This past week, I was on Facebook and saw that Donna was offering a 90-Day Renewal Program for Spirit, Soul, & Body called The 2014 Ultimate Renewal. Even though the program had already started on January 1, 2014, it’s amazing how God is always right on time.

I emailed Donna to see if it was too late to sign up and she replied immediately, saying no, and got me right into the private Facebook forum when I registered. (You can still sign up, too. Just click here.)

This program has been water to my thirsty soul. I’ve been GULPING DOWN the ebook, the audios (Donna’s teleseminars), videos, daily affirmations, Scripture Memory verses, weekly live coaching calls, and prayer calls where Donna prays over the group members’ needs. (I received prayer this past Saturday from Donna and it deeply ministered to me!)

I’ve been floored by how much Donna is offering in this program and have already been so blessed. The strength of this group is accountability. We’re not meant to be lone rangers. God created us for fellowship ~ with Him and with others.

The private Facebook group Donna created that already has 182 members so far is a safe place for prayer, encouragement, and accountability as we get healthy in body, spirit, and soul.

The three are interconnected. If you lose 30 pounds, but you are battling a lot of things in your soul (mind, will, emotions), the weight will come back on through emotional eating. Or you might have great relationships with your husband, children, boss and co-workers, and friends, but you battle with a sugar addiction, which is causing you health problems. Maybe you’re into total fitness, running 5K’s and training for a marathon and your soul is in good shape, too, but you can never seem to have that quiet time each day with God.

One area impacts the others. Donna’s practical teachings, based on the eternal principles of God’s word, show you how you need each of these areas to be healthy and in balance. She also really encourages you not to get overwhelmed, working the program…just doing small consistent steps each day…doing the next thing God says, LISTENING to His small, still voice and FOCUSING.

By the end of 90 days, you will experience transformation.

I’m super excited about this 90-Day Renewal Program with Donna and these wonderful women of God. I’ve already been so encouraged.

Donna says if all you do is just drink warm lemon water and listen to the Biblically-based affirmations each day, you will have taken a leap of faith and be renewed at the end of the 90 days. Or if you take the 15 minute walk each day (or use the rebounder) and eat more fresh veggies. Or if you incorporate quiet time with God first thing each morning. There’s several areas of transformation I want to experience in 2014, with one as my priority that God knows about.

Everyone knows a good coach gets coaching herself. Right now I have 2 coaches – my speaking coach Rochelle Valasek each week on Skype and this 90-Day-Renewal program with Donna engaging with, praying for, and coaching the women virtually on calls and in the Facebook private group.  I also have a monthly conference call with 2 business peers/friends called The Master’s Mind, where we meet on the phone for prayer and accountability about our businesses and lives.

As I am being coached by great women of God, I can in turn teach you what I ‘m learning and implementing this year. You can find out more about my 4 coaching packages by clicking here.

What about you? What area of your life do you need to experience transformation in your life in 2014? Leave your comments below. Let’s pray for each other, encourage each other, and spur each other on.

And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching. ~ Hebrews 10: 24-25, NIV
