Ruth and Naomi: Woman to Woman Mentoring
“Do not call me ‘Naomi,’ call me ‘Mara,’” Naomi said to her friends after life had dealt her some hard blows, including the death of her husband and her sons. But her daughter-in-law Ruth saw something in Naomi that she desired ~ her unshakeable faith and trust in God, and begged to go back with her to Bethlehem. Through this presentation, women will discover the gift of mentoring, empowering, and encouraging their daughters, sisters, friends, and other women in their lives. Women need other women.
