If that is really you, Lord
March 1, 2010 by Beth Jones · Leave a Comment
Sometimes do you wonder if you’re really hearing God’s voice right? The disciple Peter had a big question mark with the word “if” in front of it when Jesus was walking on the water in the middle of the sea toward his disciples: “Lord, if it is You, command me to come to You on the water.”
The English word “if” is small, but has great impact on our lives. Join Beth today as she addresses the “if’s” of unbelief, doubt, and fear in our lives and exhorts us to rise to a new level of faith in Christ to do miracles in His name and to fulfill our destiny in Him.
Forgiven, Not Condemned

The Pharisees and the scribes brought in a woman caught in adultery to Jesus in the temple, asking Him what should be done with her. The woman probably feared that Jesus would harshly judge her. But she found instead that she was forgiven, not condemned, and Jesus told the Pharisees and the scribes to let those who had no sin to be the first to throw a stone at her.
Is there some sin that you’ve done or are struggling with right now that you feel condemned for? Join Beth today as she shares about God’s unconditional love and forgiveness. Jesus doesn’t want you under that weight of condemnation and shame, but to forgive you and to set you free.

Nehemiah’s wall completed: Doing what God has put in your heart
January 17, 2010 by Beth Jones · Leave a Comment
The damage in Haiti is devastating from the recent magnitude-7.0 earthquake. The Red Cross estimates that 50,000 may be dead. Bodies are lining the streets, people are critically injured, food and water are scarce, and people are scared and traumatized. The situation looks hopeless. Yet God has a great plan.
Join Beth today as she shares encouragement from the book of Nehemiah. God put it in Nehemiah’s heart to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem. Despite great opposition from the enemy and the situation looking hopeless, Nehemiah and the people of Israel picked up their tools, strapped their swords to their sides, and completed the hard work. This podcast, which is uncut and unedited (other than the very last of the closing), is rough and raw, but in it Beth shares passionately about Haiti and about fulfilling your destiny. What is it that you want to do for God? Tune into today for refreshment from God’s word that you can fulfill the dreams God has put in your heart.

Dark but lovely: God’s transforming grace
November 16, 2009 by Beth Jones · Leave a Comment
The Shulammite woman who worked in the field’s vineyard all day said, “I am dark but lovely.” (Song of Solomon 1:5-6) She had a revelation that even though her skin was dark and rough from laboring in the scorching sun all day, that she was beautiful because of how much the Beloved loved her. It is the same with us as believers. Christ beautifies us with His love. God loves us and just wants to be with us. His grace transforms us from darkness to light, from glory to glory. Join Beth today as she shares encouragement from God’s word about the story of the Beloved and the Shulammite – the power of God’s transforming love.
