To subscribe by RSS or download my audios through iTunes, all you have to do is open up your iTunes program on your computer and follow these easy directions:
Open your I-TUNES player…
Click the tab– ADVANCED…
Then, click SUBSCRIBE TO PODCAST
Add myRSS feed–

It will download all of the most recent audios from my podcasts! Each time that you get online, all you have to do is open your iTunes player, then click on PODCASTS. Then, look at the lower right side of the player, click REFRESH.
If you ever forget where to find your feed, you find them by clicking on PODCASTS (on the left-side of the player).
If all of your audios don’t automatically begin downloading, it will have a little button to the side of the title that says GET. Just click that and the audio will download.
If you have an iPod and want to transfer the audios into your iPod, all you have to do after you get them loaded into I-tunes is plug in your iPod! They will load into your iPod. Easy!
