IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THE VENUE:
This event will take place on Saturday, May 23, 2026, from 11 am to 2 pm CST. (This is a daytime only event.)
It will be at the Bates Social venue, 18 N Delaware St, Butler, MO 64730-2027.
There will be plenty of parking places for you on the Butler. MO, town square. Get a car full of friends and come on down to the small, rural town of Butler! It will be FUN!
There are two indoor bathrooms. (Hurray! No long lines!)
This building has central air conditioning/heat, praise the Lord!
This event is for teens 12 years old and up. We love babies and children, but there will be no childcare provided at this event. And mom, you deserve a day of refreshing without the kids!
The venue allows for handicapped people, but there is no ramp in front of the venue. There are ramps for a wheelchair at the end of the sidewalks on the square near the venue. We love fur babies, but only service animals are allowed at this event.
Please feel free to bring brunch items/other food and drinks (hot or cold) that you enjoy. Cold bottled water, Brew Haven’s delicious coffee and cinnamon buns and festive, yummy cupcakes will be served that is included with your ticket price. (We are sorry but we can’t accommodate special diets/allergy sensitivities at this event. No alcoholic beverages or drugs are permitted at this event–other than prescribed, needed medications.)
NO LUNCH will be served. There are local restaurants if you get super hungry.
Casual to business casual dress. We want you to feel comfortable!
You can leave whenever you wish; just join us!
A refund will be allowed in emergency situations, determined on a case by case basis.
