Nobody could be happier to have 2013 behind them than me. It was a HARD year! I’ve heard from friends and peers that it was a tough year for them, too, in both personal and business struggles.
Each new year offers fresh promise of good things to come. Whatever happens, we can rest assured that God will be with us and that HE is always good.
But this here isn’t working, right?! You’ve heard the expression that insanity is doing the same things over and over, and expecting different results. Are you insane?
Sometimes life can make you and me FEEL crazy. We don’t know what else to do to change our lives…to see our big dreams come true…the marriage restored…the kids not acting wild…to have extra after the bills (or even to pay the bills!)…the business to prosper…that friend to let go of the offense…the weight to come off…to have just one moment of peace and quiet, of happiness and fulfillment.
Will things ever change, you wonder.
Transformation is not “out there” somewhere. It starts with a decision. A DIFFERENT choice than you’ve been making before now…one consistent step at a time.
Change begins with discovery of purpose, is sustained by faith and discipline, and is completed by Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our faith. (Hebrews 12:2)
