Do you want to write a book?
Do you want to write a book? According to a 2002 survey, 81% of Americans believe they have a book in them and that they should write it.
I believe that if you have a desire to write a book, God is the one who put that dream inside your heart and that it is time to write it!
One of the questions I’m asked the most as an author is, “Beth, how do you write your books so fast?” I don’t feel that I do, as I know other authors who are much more prolific than me, such as my writing coach Shelley Hitz, who has written over 40 books. Another author I know wrote over 100 books, while homeschooling her two children and running a successful, 6-figure-a-year business! But I have written 13 books, many of them Amazon Best Sellers in their category and sub-categories.
Recently I was asked this question again on my Facebook page, so I thought I’d just write a book to answer the “how” question! I’m very excited to announce that I’m almost finished with it. This week I’m hiring the formatter to format the Word document for your Kindle at Amazon.
The name of my new book is How To Write Your Book Fast: Making Your Writing Dreams Come True. It will be available as an eBook for your Kindle at Amazon. It will be my 14th book at Amazon. You can see my other books by clicking here.
My graphic designer just finished the beautiful cover. Here it is below. I love it! What do you think?
I chose the gypsy, Boho girl because it is unique and intriguing. A gypsy is a traveler who wanders from place to place, which is what our writing does in our imagination.
“Boho girl” is short for “Bohemian girl” and is a clothing style or a person with that style that is usually unconventional and artsy. I tend to be unconventional and love artsy stuff!
It comes from the French word “bohemian” which means wanderer, traveler or gypsy.
The setting is by the ocean, which I love. It is my place of peace and refilling.
