The next step

There’s two major things I’ve accomplished this year that I believe God wanted me to do: my Just Write! No Excuses Virtual Summer Bootcamp and The Cinderella Story: The Power of Shoes women’s conference. I believe both were a success and give Jesus all the praise, the honor, and the glory!

After the adrenaline rush of a live event like my conference, you are pumped and happy…yet restless. What’s the next exciting thing you can do?

It’s hard to stay still. To wait on God. To listen for His still, small voice. Yet that’s exactly what you have to do.

You ask God what is the next step. I’m doing that now.

God often shows you just enough light for the next step – not the whole enchilada at once.

God, what do you want me to do for the rest of this year? Teach Leah to cook more things? Work on my marriage? Attend Becky Harmon’s October Writing Summit?

One new program that I’m offering now is an Advanced Writing Camp on Saturday mornings in October. If you were a student in my Just Write! No Excuses Virtual Summer Bootcamp, then this 4-week, virtual training is for you.

If you are a speaker, writer, or online entrepreneur, and you want God to use your gifts and talents for Him and to help impact others’ lives with your story, then this class is for you.

If you long to make a bigger impact in this world with your writing gift, then this class is for you.

Kim Clement is a controversial figure, but I saw a video today with a word he believes God gave him, that I think is right on. WRITE.

You can hear the prophetic word by viewing the video below. I believe it goes right along with my Advanced Writing Camp. It’s time to FINISH writing your book! This is the year. Finish 2014 strong.
